Cindy Davidson

Cindy Davidson brings deep educational expertise and operational leadership to the OST Alliance, drawing on an extensive background in elementary education, curriculum development, and specialized instruction as a classroom teacher, instructional coach, and ESL educator. Currently serving as Director of Operations for Code Ninjas Eugene and Hillsboro, she oversees regional STEM enrichment programming and aligns hands-on learning with business operations. As Secretary and Founding Board Member of the OST Alliance, she leverages her cross-sector experience to build organizational infrastructure, foster business partnerships, and expand out-of-school opportunities across Washington County.  As Secretary and Founding Board Member of the OST Alliance, she leverages her cross-sector experience to build infrastructure, foster business partnerships, and drive regional program expansion.

Cindy’s commitment to expanding program access developed through her lived experience as a parent navigating local summer camp and after-school childcare options, where she identified critical systemic gaps in available family resources. To build stronger ties across the local business ecosystem, she serves as an ambassador for the Washington County Chamber of Commerce, using her dual roles with Code Ninjas and the OST Alliance to collaborate with regional businesses in the hopes of strengthen community partnerships and drive economic support for local families. She deepened her advocacy work as a Board Member with Washington County Kids before co-founding the OST Alliance, where she now works to scale organizational capacity, support new OST providers launching in Washington County, and streamline access to high-quality STEM and out-of-school programming. 

Guided by her perspective as both a long-time educator and parent of two teenagers, Cindy is passionate about building comprehensive resource networks that connect families directly to the right opportunities for their children. She believes that equipping providers with collaborative tools transforms the regional care landscape for working families. Residing in Washington County with her husband, two teenagers, and two Golden Retrievers, Cindy remains an active community advocate and avid supporter of local education and regional sports.
