Larry Crepeaux

Larry is a Portland native with a diverse background spanning nonprofit executive leadership, restaurant ownership, hospitality, and youth sports, Larry Crepeaux brings extensive experience in operational management, capital project oversight, and institutional fundraising. Throughout his career, Larry has focused on building scalable organizational systems, cultivating strategic relationships, and navigating complex organizational growth. As President and Founding Board Member of the OST Alliance, he leads the organization’s vision to unite and elevate provider networks across the region.

Larry’s leadership of the OST Alliance grew directly from his work with Washington County Kids, where he conducted extensive field engagement with local after-school and summer program providers. By listening directly to educators, care professionals, and community organizations, Larry helped translate provider feedback into a unified structural vision, serving as a primary catalyst for founding the OST Alliance. His work centers on strengthening infrastructure, building cross-sector coalitions with public agencies, and establishing a collaborative organizational model designed to expand high-quality OST access across Washington County and Oregon.

Larry believes that critical youth development happens outside the traditional classroom—in safe, engaging environments where young people build confidence and community. Guided by the principle that sustainable community impact requires collective effort rather than isolated initiatives, he leverages his executive experience to equip providers with the resources and connections necessary to ensure every child has equitable access to transformative out-of-school programming. Larry resides locally with his wife, four children, and their rescue dog, Rockefeller.
